“Our golden retrievers Gus (4) and Bert (2) joined our family in the middle of having 4 kids in 5 years, so they never learned to sit or stay in the midst of all the chaos. They were good boys and were wonderful around the kids, so we didn’t have any serious behavioral problems. But they also were wildly overexcited any time people came over, pulled like crazy on their leashes and generally were just too much to take with us anywhere when we also had 4 small kids to manage. So we were thrilled when they spent a month with Danielle and family at ‘camp’ and came home as perfectly behaved young men. It has completely changed our lives and theirs now that we are able to bring them with us on our daily adventures with the confidence that they will be under full control no matter the circumstances. Their training is broken down into such simple components that it’s easy to understand and maintain, and even our 6 year old is enjoying being a part of it. We know that thanks to this training they are living this best lives, and so are we.”

“At 8 weeks, we realized our field golden puppy Louie was a bit more than we bargained for. At three months, we were already through three trainers, spending hours a day working with him, still not getting where we wanted. At six months, we were starting to worry that some of his issues - like intense resource guarding - might never resolve. Well, after a month with Danielle, all I can say is HOLY CRAP SEND YOUR DOG TO HER IMMEDIATELY. She was an absolute revelation. Brilliant, patient, kind, flexible, super experienced…just the best. Louie still returns periodically for tune-ups, when we travel or just because he misses Danielle/Mavis/the gang. We’ve referred multiple people to her, and all were thrilled.”

He was super hyper and would not listen. After sending Dude to Danielle, we can now go on family walks, go to the park full of kids, take him with us to a restaurant patio for dinner. We can take him anywhere with us knowing full well that he is going to be behaved. My two boys (age 6 and 8) walk him with ease, absolutely no pulling on the leash.
